Rule 5
Curriculum Development
(1) The Commission will develop curriculum as required for each service, group and sub-group post under the civil service.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), while creating the curriculum, the job description of the relevant post shall be analyzed and the educational qualification of such post shall be taken as the basis.
(3) When preparing the curriculum according to sub-rule (1), the date of implementation of the curriculum, the total score of each subject, the passing score, the examination system, the medium of examination (language), the number of questions and the time should be included.
(4) In accordance with sub-rule (1), the Commission may take the opinion of relevant ministries, secretariats, agencies and experts in related subjects when developing the curriculum.
